 (June 26th-Sept 8th)-(Dec 21st-Dec 27th) - $350/night High Season

 

(May 15th-June25th)-(Sept 9th-Oct 12th)-(Dec 21st-Dec 27th) - $300/night Mid

 

 (Jan 5th-May 14th)-(Oct 13th-Dec 20th) - $250/night Low

*Applicable taxes(10% HST & 5% GST)+ cleaning fee (cleaning fee for this property is $100.00) will be added to total.

  • All rates are in Canadian Dollars
  • Prices are based on 8, additional person(s) add $20 per person. Max occupancy 9-10 (at Natural Elements discretion).
  • Rates subject to change without notice
  • 3 day min. during peak season, all Canadian holidays and long weekends, Christmas, New-Years, and Spring Break
  • Damage deposit is payable at time of reservation. Damage deposit amount for Westwynd is $300.00, and will be returned within 3 business days after check out, pending no damage/excessive wear and tear or lost /stolen items.

 

To reserve after confirming availability by email or phone with Natural Elements Vacation Rentals go to contact us page print reservation form, complete and fax back to (250) 726 3644, upon recieving completed reservation form, invoice will be sent to you via email.

 

50% of total + damage deposit is payable to reserve. Other 50% will be payable 30 days prior to checking in.
