How to Reserve

Select your dates on the calendar below and click the Book Now button, follow the prompts to confirm your reservation.  The system will provide you with reservation confirmation and a receipt of payment. Rate Information

No cleaning or processing fees! Rates are exactly as posted

Children 16 and under stay Free!

Nightly rates are based on double occupancy extra adults are $10 per person per night.

Weekly rates are based on full occupancy no extra per person charge.

Rates do not include 12% HST and 2% Municipal tax

 Rental will sleep 8 guests, 6 adults max, up to 8 guests with children.  Children 16 and under stay free!

Summer Rates   (July 1 -Sept 4th)

$399/night or $2695/week

$329/night or $2195/week

Reservation Information

Bookings made 31 days or more in advance 50% of the nightly rate and taxes is required to reserve dates.

Reservations made with 30 days or less to arrival date total is due at time of reservation.

Damage Deposit of $500 is required at time of reservation if less than 30 days to arrival.  If reservation is made more than 31 days in advance damage deposit will be added to the second payment.

Damage Deposit refunds pending no excessive wear and tear, lost or missing items will be refunded to the payment source with in 24 - 48hrs after departure.

How to Check In
Upon full payment or final payment 30 days prior to stay driving directions and lock box code will be emailed to you.  Check in time is anytime after 4pm, go straight to your rental enter the digital code provided and let yourself. 

Checking Out
Check out time is 11am, lock the rental up and put the other key in the lock box or lock by way of digital deadbolt.
