The open living area has a gas fireplace, large flat screen television, stereo CD player, small book/magazine collection, internet access, state of the art furniture with pull out chair which allows sleeping arrangements for a sixth person.
The master bedroom is located on the Ocean facing side, wake up to the sounds of gulls, waves crashing, with a cool breeze flowing through the bedroom while the warm fire crackles. The king size bed is set perfectly between the fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows, so that you wake up to an unobstructed view of eagles flying overhead, and waves crashing on the rugged headlands below.
The second bedroom with queen sized bed is furnished tastefully with modern decor.
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with under cupboard lighting, modern butcher block counters, slate, and equipped with all cookware necessary for your stay. Dining room has seating for six.
Each bedroom has it's own full ensuite, master ensuite has slate shower, double sinks, heated slate flooring, second ensuite has oversized soaker tub.
Watch the sunsets, whales, waves, marine wildlife on Big Beach below, the crashing breakers on the reef beyond the shoreline, the eagles up above, or the wind erupting into a wild West Coast storm, any season is a fantastic time to stay in this luxury condo where not a single detail is missed! - Once full payment has been received, driving directions/key/lock box code information will be sent to you.
50% payment*(Nightly rate/applicable taxes/one time $100.00 cleaning fee) is required to hold this rental. If reservation is within 30 days of stay, full payment is required.
$200.00 damage deposit is required- Within 24-48hrs of your departure damage deposit will be sent back to you via postal service pending no damage/lost-missing items/excessive wear and tear to premises.
