"Our name, Natural Elements, reflects our environment, and what brings over a million visitors to the exhilarating West Coast of Vancouver Island each year. It also reflects our respect and the way in which the choices we make ensures we are doing our part to protect our earth.
Whenever possible, Natural Elements eco-footprints and chooses environmentally friendly cleaning products as well as organic selections. We also fully support our local community and tourism.
We strive to develop professional relationships with all counter contacts in our community so that we can effectively work together by reaching out and recommending each other to enhance guests stays and promote local business.
Each year a portion of income is donated to West Coast Community Resources Society, Thorton Creek Hatchery and Canadian Cancer Society to support the development of resources in our community.
Our Goals
We are a local company which provides quality hands on Property Management for Vacation Home Owners in Tofino and Ucluelet. We offer guests a selection of self catered West Coast Vacation Rental homes, cottages, condo's and suites. Our goal is to provide quality, stress free Management services to property owners to ensure the production and process of earning revenue from their Vacation Home is hassle free. We provide a diverse selection of accommodation and combined packaging to enhance and bring back guests to the beautiful West Coast.
Your revenue property is treated as if it were our own. We check inventory/assets, over see cleaners to make sure guests will be completely satisfied, and do frequent maintenance inspections.
Policies and Specialized Services
We have created an online booking/reservation service for guests which is user friendly and secure to ensure making reservations is quick and hassle free! Natural Elements has a screening process which ensures Property Owners the upmost security of their revenue property. We recognize that no company can screen prospective guests by phone and email, as it is impossible to build a trust in a few short minutes, therefore we have added enhanced security features to the reservation agreement to ensure the upmost protection for your revenue property. Occupancy is strictly enforced by contract.
We have put a great deal of research into creating both a conflict resolution process, which upon consultation we can go through which reflects a strict policy within an allotted time frame to follow the steps in order to ensure a timely resolution we have also created a property analysis to pin point nightly/weekly rates if our clients do not already have a rate in place.
We recognize how important it is to ensure guest satisfaction at each and every stay, we are available 24 hrs a day to answer any questions they may have. From creating packages, to special promotion/occasion extras, we strive to make your guests, return guests!
We can also create a personalized analysis, staging, and revenue rental set up (package three) which is a great package for those new at generating revenue from their Vacation Home. We have created three packages based on what we have researched to be the most needed services, and we choose three to be able to offer a selection based on the differing needs of the owners and all package rates reflect the differing services needed.

Advertising & Marketing
* Descriptive Photos and Text of Your Property. Your photos and our photos and description will be used to advertise and market your vacation rental.
* Listing. You are listed on our site, which will be optimized regularly, as well as being listed on other sites, both locally and internationally.
* Cross Marketing. We can work to pair rentals, with local tours, some catering services, and attractions to further enhance guests' stays.
Cleaning & Maintenance
*Experienced & Reputable Service and Trades Companies. We also have an array of maintenance and trades persons to ensure any maintenance can be attended to. We will provide quotes to the owners, and relay any issues which may require maintenance.
* Inventory. We have an inventory list for owners to fill out of all items to be checked at check out.
* Supplies. We have supply lists that can be checked and purchased by us on a regular basis.
Vacation Rental Bookings/Reservations/Marketing
* Available 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week. We will be available 24/7 to respond to email and phone calls regarding bookings/reservations and any questions about your Property.
* Check In. We are available to check in and show your guests around and answer any questions.
* Check Outs. After departure we ensure inventory is intact and check for damages/wear and tear.
* Deposits. We have our own policy regarding deposits and cancellations that has been drawn up by a reputable law firm. We are also able to implement policy already used or that has been used in the past. During consultation we can discuss these options further, surrounding bookings, deposits, cancellations to ensure we can cater to those whose needs differ.
*Your Property will be listed on our website, as well as numerous other local and international sites.
*Natural Elements covers all costs associated with advertising for your Vacation Home.
*Natural Elements Vacation Rentals is a member of the Tofino and Ucluelet Chamber of Commerce, your rental will be put on Tourism Tofino and Ucluelet partner sites and vacancy boards.
*Natural Elements has built and will continue building relationships with counter contacts in order to offer guests great discounts, through local tour operators, in order to share links, and in order to be able to create exiting packages for guests visiting our magnificent Pacific Rim!

* Emergency Response - 24/7 emergency on call * Available 24/7 to You and Your Guests. We are on call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, our number is provided both to guests and will be left in our exclusive Instruction and Amenity booklet at each Vacation Rental.
* We Are Local Residents Who Care. Being local we offer hands on service quality and care to ensure your investment is cared for as if it were our own!
* Special Occasion Extras. Little things mean a lot and anything we can do to make the guests stay stand out, whether it be little extras requested for a special occasion, or deluxe platters delivered( these options will soon be available on our site as well as tourism packaging). 100% customer satisfaction is number one to us, both with property owners and guests we aim to bring guests back year after year!
