This two bedroom one bathroom condo has spectacular water/inlet/mountain views! Watch the many vessels coming and going to Ucluelet harbour and see the many species of wildlife/marine wildlife along the shorelines.
Last year we had a pod of Orca Whales visit Ucluelet inlet, bears, Bald Eagles, deer, seals and sea lions can all be viewed from the patio/living room and bedroom of Calm Water's!
Boutiques/shops, fine and casual dining are only a short stroll away, which make this waterfront accommodation perfect for those who wish to be in walking distance of attractions, while having privacy and water/inlet/mountain views to return too!
The kitchen comes equipped with all necessary cookware, living area has CD/DVD player, cable TV. The property is well stocked with top quality fresh linens, and starter supplies such as shampoo/conditioner and coffee.

Rate Information
No cleaning or processing fees! Rates are exactly as posted
Children 16 and under stay Free!
Nightly rates are based on double occupancy extra adults are $10 per person per night.
Weekly rates are based on full occupancy no extra per person charge.
Rates do not include 12% HST and 2% Municipal tax

Reservation Information
Bookings made 31 days or more in advance 50% of the nightly rate and taxes is required to reserve dates.
Reservations made with 30 days or less to arrival date total is due at time of reservation.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required at time of reservation if less than 30 days to arrival. If reservation is made more than 31 days in advance damage deposit will be added to the second payment.
Damage Deposit refunds pending no excessive wear and tear, lost or missing items will be refunded to the payment source with in 24 - 48hrs after departure.
How to Check In
Upon full payment or final payment 30 days prior to stay driving directions and lock box code will be emailed to you. Check in time is anytime after 4pm, go straight to your rental enter the lock box code remove rental key and let yourself in there will be a second set in the rental.
Checking Out
Check out time is 11am leave second key on the kitchen counter, lock the rental up and put the other key in the lock box.
