The inlet is home to many West Coast wildlife and marine wildlife, such as seals, sea lions, bears, otters, deer, eagles and many other species, making this accommodation perfect for nature enthusiasts! There is an eagles nest within view of the balcony, there is nothing better than having a coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoying a hot tub on the balcony, and having an eagle land on the tree directly in front! You may also be lucky enough to view the baby eagles in the nest viewable from the balcony!

View the hustle and bustle of Ucluelet harbour, as you relax in the outdoor jetted tub on your private deck! View the various fishing vessels, sea planes, tour guides and charter boats coming and going, there is always something to see! To reserve your desired dates select link above or the blue Availability/Make Reservation button at the top of the page.  Select your dates on the calendar and click the Book Now button, follow the prompts to confirm your reservation.  The system will provide you with reservation confirmation and a receipt of payment.  Should you need any assistance or have any questions don't hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

Rate Information

No cleaning or processing fees! Rates are exactly as posted

Children 16 and under stay Free!

Nightly rates are based on double occupancy extra adults are $10 per person per night.

Weekly rates are based on full occupancy no extra per person charge.

Rates do not include 12% HST and 2% Municipal tax

Reservation Information

Bookings made 31 days or more in advance 50% of the nightly rate and taxes is required to reserve dates.

Reservations made with 30 days or less to arrival date total is due at time of reservation.

Damage Deposit of $200 is required at time of reservation if less than 30 days to arrival.  If reservation is made more than 31 days in advance damage deposit will be added to the second payment.

Damage Deposit refunds pending no excessive wear and tear, lost or missing items will be refunded to the payment source with in 24 - 48hrs after departure.

How to Check In
Upon full payment or final payment 30 days prior to stay driving directions and lock box code will be emailed to you.  Check in time is anytime after 4pm, go straight to your rental enter the lock box code remove rental key and let yourself in there will be a second set in the rental.

Checking Out
Check out time is 11am leave second key on the kitchen counter, lock the rental up and put the other key in the lock box.
