The views from this charming vacation rental offer water/inlet/mountain views ensuring fabulous and ample wildlife and marine wildlife viewing! Sea Lions, seals, eagles, otters and bears are among some of the species you will see during your stay on the West Coast at Black Bear lookout.
The kitchen comes equipped with all necessary cookware, living area has CD/DVD player, cable TV and fireplace to cozy up to at night.
Living area, deck and bedroom have great views of the water and inlet. The property is well stocked with top quality fresh linens, and has starter supplies such as shampoo/conditioner/coffee.
Black Bear lookout is also equipped with a small laundry room with washer and dryer.

If reservation is within 30 days of stay, full payment is required. $200.00 damage deposit is required- Within 24-48hrs of your departure damage deposit will be sent back to you via postal service pending no damage/lost-missing items/excessive wear and tear to premises.
